I have over 15 years experience in B2B marketing with a focus on using social media to connect people for business impact since 2007. As a consultant at MarketingXLerator, a BtoB Social Media Marketing Consultancy, I am able to draw from my background in online community marketing, competitive intelligence, partner marketing, analyst relations, product marketing, and product management.

I am also a passionate writer and coach, and co-authored the book  42 Rules for B2B Social Media Marketing. As a co-chair of the SV Forum Marketing & Social Media SIG, I have the opportunity to contribute to the marketing discussion in Silicon Valley and engage with amazing practitioners.

I have gathered international marketing experience in Europe and the USA at startups and large corporations, including BayNetworks, Documentum, EMC, and HP. Most recently, as an executive at SAP, I provided social media consulting and training for SAP organizations, including strategy development and ROI measurement. My education includes an Executive MBA from St. Mary’s College of California, and a Master of Commerce and Arts from the University of Passau, Germany. I live in Silicon Valley, California and teach yoga in my free time.
